Reforward calls to your staff

IMPORTANT: Reforwarding only works if calls are currently being routed to your Apartment Lines voicemail number.

Reforwarding calls can be useful if:

  • Calls to your office are being automatically routed to Apartment Lines
  • During certain times of day, you would like calls that normally go through our voicemail system to instead be routed directly to one of your staff member’s phones

You can reforward to any phone number in your list of contacts, and choose which time range and days reforwarding should be active. When reforwarding is active, calls coming into our system will not go through our voicemail, nor to our call centers, but will instead be passed on directly to the phone number you specify.

To activate reforwarding, click the Reforward calls link on your main account page:

Then:

  1. Choose the phone number you wish to send calls to
  2. Select the time range and days of the week you wish reforwarding to be active
  3. Click Enable

To disable reforwarding, click the Reforward calls link on your main account page, then click the Disable button:
